SUMMER CO-ED SOFTBALL:
League Coordinator: Ryan Lucas... ryanlucas@ymail.com

LIPSA Softball is the only CO-ED modified-fast pitch softball league in New York.
We encourage friendly competition and sportsmanship as our top priority.
Teams form and practice begins in March/April and season runs from early May through the end of August.
Each team plays a 24 game schedule - plus playoffs for the top seven teams.
Games take place on various Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings in Central/Western Suffolk County

To enhance the social aspect of our summer league, we also plan an All-Star Game, Awards Dinner, and other events throughout the season.

At the Awards Dinner, in addition to the League Champions Trophy, each team awards their four most deserving players with trophies for MVP Male, MVP Female, Best Sportsmanship and Most Improved. Everyone at the dinner will vote for League MVP, Manager of the Year and the coveted LIPSA Player of the Year, who will be awarded a free season of LIPSA Softball.

We remain as one of the most affordable, and certainly the most fun softball league on Long Island.

We begin recruiting new teams, coaches, corporate sponsors and individual players just after New Years...

CO-ED SOFTBALL TRAVEL TEAMS
LIPSA has several co-ed, mens and womens teams that represent our league year-round in many different slow-pitch leagues and tournaments. LIPSA has teams playing in winter indoor leagues, spring mini seasons, fall leagues and in many regional tournaments throughout the year.
